Items can be returned within 7 days of purchase, provided they are in unworn condition and still have attached price tags.
Cosmetics can only be returned if they are unopened and sealed. Used cosmetic products, even in the case of allergies, cannot be accepted. It is advisable to review the ingredients before making a purchase.
